Deep Breaths for the Win: This might sound simple, but it works wonders! Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Count to four on the inhale and six on the exhale. Repeat for a few minutes to feel yourself relax. Progressive Muscle Relaxation (Mini Version): Tense and relax different muscle groups in your body, starting with your toes and working your way up.
